Training

P-Wave's Professional Services team has developed a comprehensive training program that serves as a foundation for successful project implementation of its LabCORE, Master Blaster and ComBank product and helps companies realize software ROI faster. The team conducts training at the P-Wave Training Center in Reading, PA and also at customers' facilities.

Since P-Wave products are based on the Zope application server technology using both Zope 2 and Zope 3 architecture, P-Wave provides Zope training to enable companies using these products to extend them within the limitations of the visible source code license (http://www.zope.com/about_us/legal/zvsl.html) and to train people to use this powerful open source application server and web development tool. We also hold these trainings at P-Wave's Training Center in Reading, PA.

Onsite Training and Configuration - A P-Wave team will perform onsite configuration, data import of existing documents, and end-user training. The P-Wave team will be working closely with the designated key staff from the company implementing the software. This phase includes developing workgroup strategies, user security guidelines, document storage strategies, document import methodology, and document type configuration. The goal is to have the P-Wave system fully configured and operational at the end of this phase.

Coaching Program - There are different coaching levels available under this program, which includes additional training, onsite support, and monthly consultations with the Professional Services team. Many companies take advantage of this program as they deploy P-Wave software systems to additional departments and facilities. P-Wave will work directly with customers on a continuing basis in designing and deploying management solutions that address unique company or industry requirements.
