Implementation

In order to realize software ROI faster, P-Wave's time tested implementation and content migration methods enable companies to deploy quickly and efficiently. P-Wave provides its customers with optimized software solutions by combining a company's unique customer requirements with industry best practices.

P-Wave will also work closely with the customer's IT Department during the implementation. Most companies implementing P-Wave's document and records management solutions assign their key document control or quality or regulatory affairs personnel to learn the software in-depth. P-Wave's implementation phase, consists of the following:

• Create database and installation - P-Wave's Installation team performs this initial step remotely (via GoToMeeting) or on-site. The customer's IT Department assists in dealing with the company's servers and network.
• Database configuration - P-Wave's installation team works with the customer's key personnel who had been trained in the P-Wave software (LabCORE, ComBank or Master Blaster) to configure the system. This step can be completed in several stages, depending on the customer's needs and schedule.

Some companies have used other electronic document and records systems previously. The goal of the Implementation team is to make the transition to P-Wave's web-based system as smooth as possible, maximizing the benefits of new technology and minimizing disruptions to the customer's operations.

Companies have successfully migrated tens and thousands of documents, SOPs, drawings, specifications, technical reports, and other records to P-Wave's software with the help of its data migration utilities and industry best-practice migration program, which includes careful planning, scheduling, testing, and implementation by the Implementation team.
