Maintenance Support Service - This service provides automatic software upgrades and unlimited technical assistance either online or through the telephone, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
Self-Service Extranet - (To Be Launched in 1st Quarter 2007) When launched this extranet will allow customers to resolve common issues by searching the Solutions Knowledge Base; to submit a problem report at any time; to submit enhancement ideas; and to review the status of a problem or enhancement report.
P-Wave Product Installation - The Installation Team performs the initial phase of implementation for all new customers.
